Invited to interview after attending a one-day diversity summit--format was 2 30 minute interviews over Zoom. The first was with a Development Officer and a DCM associate; second was with two MBA associates in coverage groups. Was put on hold for the position.
Simple and easy; mostly asked about behaviorals unless you were working for commercial banking or tech. about 3-4 behavioral questions. they had a prep zoom beforehand that was very helpful.

i had four interviews. each was thirty minutes. the interviewers were associates, and MDs. this was for the wells fargo diversity summit internship interview. i applied online and found this opportunity from my university. the interviews were laidback and not very technical.
