I knew the managers and the teams so for me this was a pretty easy going process. I had an interview with a recruiter on the phone and a subsequent interview with both of the managers. Pretty easy going.

There were not difficult or unexpected questions, it was a simple straight forward interview
easy, had 1 interview and 1 phone screening. The questions with hiring manager were at STAR based questions. The phone screening had a few questions but not too much. It was an easier interview but the 1:1 I was kind of nervous. Both interviews were over the phone.

I went through agency so they call you and set up a phone interview and the person that interviewed me is very helpful and guide me through the whole interview.

Not organized, was told by the gentleman interviewing me that they did not know they were supposed to be interviewing and that the person who was supposed to called in. We both knew it was a waste of our time.
