Started out with a brief phone screen. Typical questions like why Wayfair, background, etc.
Next came a 24 hour online assignment as well as submitting a code sample with a brief non-technical description.
After that came an hour long technical interview done over the phone. This consists of talking about projects you've done as well as figuring out output for PHP code and a few array based questions. The PHP questions are meant for people with no experience at all with PHP. I was allowed to ask the interviewer any questions I had.
Finally, a 30 minute behavioral phone interview. Typical questions like conflict, working in groups, etc.
Responses were incredibly quick. I typically heard back at most a day later throughout the process.
Every one was incredibly accommodating and helpful.
passed initial screening, was given a game home hackerrank interview assessment that was similar to a leetcode mediums. very specific set of problem I was not able to answer. I was then ghosted by the company without a formal rejection.

there are 3 rounds:
1 leetcode online assessment round
1 recruiter call round ask about back ground and personal information
1 hour long technical VO round
1 30 min long manager BQ round
3 Interviews. One automated leet code style interview. The next was a technical interview. The final was a personality interview. All interviews went well and were quite positive but was ghosted after the final one.
