At first there was a written test which consist of general IQ questions related to physics, chemistry and maths. there was also a section for english. after that a face to face interview was conducted on the same day. at the end the interviewer said me that they'll call me again if selected. and after a week i got a call from the interviewer saying the general manager of the company wants to conduct an interview round so i was there on the decided venue and time. this interview was also good, i was really very positive from it. but didn't got any call thereafter.
Two stage interview process. Initial video call with the area manager and a HR representative, followed by an in-person interview with the area, regional and UK team leaders. It included answering some technical questions and giving a short presentation on a topic related to the role.

Talent Acquisition person was hasty and obviously did not care. Terrible email etiquette in terms of response time. Ignored my two attempts to ask more info (she volunteered her email if I had any questions)
Initial phone screen with her, then an hour long video call with 2 hiring managers and regional director. They were all very pleasant and asked great questions. After the interview, radio silence. TA lady would not get back to me after a check in email 2 weeks later. Finally an email at 5am saying I was not selected.
Maybe don't tell them you want to stick around and rise the ladder. Tell them you want to stay making minimum wage for 50 years and youll have a better chance

Efficient and good communication. Standard questions on how one solves problems. Accommodating on scheduling with all parties in multiple interviews. I wish all were this straight forward. I would highly recommend other companies follow this hiring process.
