Entrevista
I worked for Walmart for a number of years, as a manager and even in personnel. Managers used to be given a script of really only 1 question that they were supposed to ask in the interview. (I have been away from the company since 2022) The question was: Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer, what was the situation, what did you do and what was the outcome. Some managers will ask other supplemental questions, please take not of them as I know for a fact that some, not all, managers do discriminate based on appearance. Appearance meaning wild hair, tattoos, personal hygiene and even bad teeth for customer facing jobs. Not only that, but if you are overweight, I have seen them be reserved in hiring because they did not think the candidate, who interviewed well, could handle the physical load of the position. They did hire them when I reminded them that it was illegal to discriminate.

Tell us about a time where you went above and beyond for a customer, what happened, what did you do and what was the outcome.
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
