Went in and he basically told me what the job would entail and about attendance, points system, etc. Asked one question then double checked my availability. Offered job on spot.

Give me an example of a time when you had to go above and beyond for a customer (or friend, family member, co-worker, etc). What was the situation and how was it resolved?
it was okay. not too long. normal interview question. applied online. got a call. in person interview. waited 2 days then got an offer and waited i bit longer to start the orientation as they are getting more people.
Very chill and laidback. I did not have a a problem answering any questions that were asked by the hiring manager. I would do it again if I was offered another interview by the company.
