It was quick and easy, paper work was given and an email to run a background check. After that came back, they called me with an orientation date. Orientation was paid and last a few days then three days on the field before you’re on your own
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
