You get a call to come in for interview. A manager ask questions about When and how did team work get the job done. When and what mistake have you maded on a job, and what did you do to fix it. When was a time you had a disagreement with an other co worker, and how you solved it. What are your strong points, what are your weak points, Why do you what to work for Walmart. Get sent for drug test after they call your references. They do a background check. You get called to come back for orentation with about 6 to 10 other hirees. You spend 1 to 2 days learning on the computer.Eval in 3 months. 40 cent raise in 1 year.
