My interview was over the phone. I was a level 7 hourly supervisor already in walmart. The hiring manager was the Store manager from the store I had applied to. He asked me about 10 or 15 questions. He was hiring at the very last minute so I heard back by the end of the day.

Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company

Easy and fun and long two people interviewed me at a McDonald’s found out a week later that I got it and went to training and got paid for gas for traveling
