First interview is a phone call where they ask a few simple questions. They describe the requirements for the position and your acknowledgement that you are able to do those requirements. From that interview they schedule a second interview which was a little over a week out on Microsoft Teams. During that interview they go through a more detailed day to day duties of the job, pay, benefits, and
