During the interview, I was asked several strategic questions designed to gauge my decision-making abilities and compositional talents in challenging situations. From my perspective, the interview went very well. They were particularly interested in understanding my personal characteristics, such as how I handle high-pressure scenarios, my problem-solving skills, and my approach to making hard decisions. I was able to effectively communicate my strategic thinking process and provide examples from my past experiences that demonstrated my ability to navigate complex problems and lead projects to successful outcomes. This allowed them to see my capability in making informed, strategic decisions while maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure.
