Extremely bad security desk at Vodafone office and no one can do anything about it.
HR wrote email to security guards for access to Eon IT park, they didn't forward email in 2 days time to entrance gate. Once I reach there, HR had to literally cry infront of them to do that.. that wasted my 1 hour of working day time. That was not enough they kept me waiting for another 45 min until I screamed, all this time security lady was swearing to IT team and bad computer, while gaurd next to him kept playing online games.
I had enough..I denied for interview, after hearing neither HR nor my interviewer have right to do anything, they are used to such humiliation, this is not first time for them. I feel sad for u guys.

the interviewing process lasted 1 week and I got hired quickly. there were 3 interviews in total. in other companies this process lasts at least 1 month, but in Vodafone this is not the case.
