They showed up at my campus and I handed my resume to a recruiter. A week later they wanted an interview in their Orlando location. Before the traditional interview, they did a phone interview asking to review my resume.

Phone screening then following with interviews back to back. Then got a call from HR received an offer overall the process is quick and interviewers are friendly good team and culture.

straight forward, one day of in person interviews. No difficult questions. Be prepared to ask about Verizon and the day to day requirements of the job. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the organization
All formal interviews, both internal and external, are STAR based questions (discussing the specific situation, task, action, and result). Not sure about how contractors are interviewed. It is only difficult if you aren't well versed in how to answer STAR questions.
