I went through 4 different tests. It seemed that I was doing very well until I got the last disqualification. I am not sure why I was disqualified after the last interview. There is no feedback given. There are many steps to the interview. I was honest at every step. Each portion is pass or fail. I failed the structured interview portion. This notice makes you feel bad because it makes you feel as if you have done something wrong. Other jobs will tell you that they decided to go with someone else or something like that. Instead, in this process you either pass or fail.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
