There are five stages of interview process for the Associate Consultant position.
The first round of interview was a 30 min telephone screening interview. The hiring manager described what the interview process was like, and asked the candidate if they would like to take on the exercise. I was given about 2 weeks of time before moving on to second interview.
The second interview was a presentation to a panel of consultants including the hiring manager. Candidate had to present their solution in 1 hour.
The 3rd & 4th interviews were conducted by the regional executives.
The 5th interview was a more detailed interview with the hiring manager.

long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.

It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.

First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
