Applied online. Called the next day for a group interview the same week. Was supposed to be 3 of us but ended up being 2. Overall positive process but hiring process is long.

I applied online which was fairly easy. I called a couple days later to follow up and the guy said he was really busy but would get to the interviews soon. About a week and a half later I got a call to come in for an interview. I came dressed in business casual and small heels (all black) and there were 5 others applicants there. We went to the store next door where there was chairs and seats. He asked us basic questions. It was a fairly easy interview questions and it lasted about an hour. He said he would call us within a week. It's been a week and 2 days and I still haven't gotten a call so I'm not sure if I have gotten the job yet. Do some research on the company before you go into the interview! It definitely helps.
