It went pretty much exactly as they described it would. You need to prepare the sample lesson well and practice it. Be very concise, use lots of body language and over exaggerate your emotions.

Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand

It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
