You will have a face to face online interview and then you will have to teach a couple of sample lessons online. The lesson materials will be provided for you and the feedback will be immediate. I was interviewed a couple of years ago so it may have changed - there are several youtube videos as well that can help you to prepare.

just a quick demo lesson following the course materials, then a few logistical questions and talk about the program. Was quite quick and easy overall if you have teaching experience..
Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
Easy and straight forward interview process. There is a demo teaching section. This was a while ago so it may have changed. The onboarding process was also easy. Again, this was a while ago, so it may have changed.
