Applied online and didn't get a phone call until 3 months later. Everything after that moved very quickly, though. Brief phone interview followed by a group interview. I hate group interviews normally, but this one was actually fun. They were hiring a few people, so they had us work on some critical thinking problems in groups to see how we interacted with each other.
