      Entrevista

I applied initially online and they replied back via email after about a week and a half. The recruiter called me and was friendly enough. He asked about my background and what qualifications I had for the role and expressed he thought I would be a great fit. He then emailed me and introduced me to the next person I would interview with - honestly I don’t know how she fit into the puzzle but again was nice and things progressed in the same manner as the previous call. Again she said she thought I was a good fit and would like to continue forward. I was then asked to compete a project which I did. Then the recruiter called again and we had another screen. Everything was all positive. He then said he would like me to interview with the team I would be working with but this was a new role and they were skeptical/wary about the position. This should have been a red flag for me. I met with 4 separate people who were pleasant but completely uninterested in me and my experience. While they had their cameras on none of them were engaging or asking me questions of substance. I did have one person express frustration that I didn’t have any questions for him. After almost 8 meetings with the comp at how many more questions could one possibly have? The recruiter emailed me that night and asked for a call the next day. On the call he mentioned that the team was concerned that I wasn’t a good fit and didn’t answer questions about my relevant experience. I was baffled and asked him to elaborate. I was concerned that with so m at interviews they had gotten me confused with another applicant as All I spoke to was my experience. He said he didn’t have any more info but would get back to me the next day after talking more with the team. This was when I was ghosted as many of the people her have expressed. I waited almost an entire week and emailed to follow up as well as a call to the recruiter. I got nothing. Finally after giving them the common courtesy to tell them to remove my name from the mix did they finally call me back. The recruiter was no longer the friendly person he was before, but a rude person who expressed he was in the hospital for an entire week and I quote “I’m sorry you don’t feel I am allowed to have sick days”. I was floored. Of course someone can have sick days, but that what out of office emails and co workers are for. He finally said he had feedback from the team and I told him it was fine and I respectfully do not want to move forward. He said “Fine. I just wanted you to know we did t want you anyways.” I would avoid this company with a ten foot pole. Don’t waste your time PLEASE.
