There were 3 levels of interview. First was technical, second was technical and third was HR. It was a great experience. Few days after the interview, an offer was made.

really not bad - straight up technical questions, questions about my background and skills sets, and meetings with 3 or 4 different people as part of the "fit" test. This was a very straightforward, "we're an insurance company" interview. None of the "what color is your favorite horse" or "why are manhole covers round" stuff.
