Overly Long and Poorly Managed I recently went through the hiring process for a Industry Marketing position and unfortunately, it was an extremely frustrating experience. The process spanned over four months and involved five separate interviews, including a detailed business case. Despite investing significant time and effort, I found the overall process to be unnecessarily lengthy and poorly managed. The worst part was the lack of maturity and decisiveness in their decision-making. After completing each stage, there were long periods of silence, and it often felt like I was left in the dark. Even after the final interview, it took weeks to hear back, only to be told they were still "considering options." It was clear that the company struggled to make timely decisions, which reflects poorly on their organizational efficiency. If this is how they handle the hiring process, I can only imagine the delays and indecision in other aspects of the business. Overall, this experience was a huge disappointment and not one I would recommend to others considering applying here. If you're looking for a company that values your time and has a streamlined, respectful hiring process, you may want to look elsewhere.

The overall process was long and way too drawn out. It involved around 5 rounds (one of which was a case), 3 personality tests and 1 cognitive test. I met various team members across the globe. After all this I was rejected because I didn't have relative industry experience - there was no other feedback and it was provided to me in an email you would have expected if they chose not to proceed with your application at the beginning

It was 3 layers of interviews, speaking with the local, regional and global managers. Skill/ ability and team fit/ attitude are highlighted as important points. Also included a logic and a personality test.
