Simple. Straightforward. Very professional experience. Willing to Negotiate salary. I came with a resume and small portfolio but as usual they wanted me to talk about past work experience and prepare a Portfolio for review by the staff and board They did take over 2 months to screen applicants and schedule a 2nd interview with me. Overall a good experience, maybe just a little more speed on scheduling.
