very smooth, 1st interview with the director and HR department
2nd round in-person interview with some questions from manager and then you go down the courts to observe and interact with the kids, at the end you are expected to hit with one of the high performance kids so bring your tennis racquet

Interviewed by multiple people. Asked about my experience. Then took me on to the courts where a group class was taking place and briefly took over lead coach role to see my teaching ability. They also assessed how I interacted with the staff. I was then taken to another group class and the same process was repeated.
