Very professional and personable. I met with multiple individuals and they all had prepared questions which made the interview flow nicely. I was asked in advance to prepare a presentation as if delivering to a client.

I got contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter. I first had a phone interview with her, and she basically just explained the position which would be helping the account managers with their duties and assisting them in helping their clients - OK sounds good enough. The position was also work from home at least through the end of 2020 due to COVID-19. The recruiter liked me, so she moved me on to a video interview, which again was virtual due to COVID-19. The virtual interview was with an area manager who oversees the entire district I live in, as well as the team lead who heads the office I would be applying for. That interview sounded nothing more than a secretarial position, of where you just copy things, do notarizations, and you don't work with clients at all until/if you get promoted. You also have to have an insurance license even though you aren't working with clients so be prepared to go through that if you get the job. I have not heard back from them in over a month, so I am assuming they are not going through with me.
