It was a group interview. There were a total of 10 people, including myself. Some were there for the RCA position as well..
We all sat in a room and watched a couple videos, then a couple guys came in explaining the duties and what to expect as an ARC and RCA. After that, we all got interviewed one on one.. Was asked two pages of questions... they were fairly easy. If you've had an interview before, they're basically the standard interview questions.
In the email it said to expect to be there for a couple hours, but the whole thing lasted about 45 minutes. I believe if you were invited to the interview and you showed up, you pretty much got the job.. Not exactly sure though.
Whole hiring process is done online, everything will be sent to your email.
I applied 10/13/16, got an email on 10/18/16 for Motor Vehicle Record Search and filled that out, got invited to attend an interview on 10/24/16, got offered the job on 11/02/16, was also sent an email for a background and drug test.. Didn't get any further than that because I declined the offer. I'm sure it would've been a decent PT job, mainly just deliver Amazon packages on Sundays and holidays and occasionally run routes on Saturdays.. Just no benefits though.

What if you came across a customer who asked you a question you didn't have an answer for?

There was no interview. Just look for a few emails and fill out the forms provided. After you fill out the forms, there will also be a background email you have to consent and wait for phone calls to do fingerprints.
No interview was conducted for the job. They just look at your application materials. No need to prepare anything. They will request you traind for the LLV mail truck though.

Application process is fairly straightforward. Apply, then take an online test that filters out potential personality conflicts. The actually interview with the whichever office is one's home office was also straightforward, important question being time management for a carrier that needs to meet a deadline. Most questions were already asked in the online test so the in-person interview felt more like a chance to give the manager an opportunity to get a read on someone to potentially catch something an impersonal test would miss.
