Pre-employment phase is long. Lots of questionnaires to fill out and assessments. You watch a few videos to guide you. Overall I think it’s something I want to get into because my main goal is to become an immigration services officer

Interview went smoothly, lasted about an hour on the phone. Got email from the hiring manager few weeks after the interview. I was offered a job offer which I accepted. Then the background check took almost a year to get done. That was the longest part.

It is not a normal interview. Just pay attention and answer carefully. You’ll be fine. You sign an NDA when you are interviewed so you will not find any questions on the internet.

Very easy, you will just need to know yourself. The questions are very straight forward and they explain the questions clearly for you to understand them. Just go in there with confidence and head held up high.

It was intense and I had some difficulty answering some questions due to being nervous . I know now with better preparations I can do better. The interview process went smooth. The board makes you fee welcome and will give you opportunity to talk at the end. It was a great experience. The panel elaborated on their questions which was very helpful

three Person Panel. five questions. thirty minutes. Allowed for questions at the end. Very direct. Easy trait forward questions asked. Just know yourself and you should be good. Nothing out of the ordinary. First portion of the process of interviews.

The process is rigorous and process oriented. It's a great process and all the executive level folks are involved. It look me about 2 weeks to get through it but i enjoyed it.

The interview was all straight forward scenario questions. They ask you how you would react and there was no limit to how many times you could ask them to repeat the question.
