It was a short phone interview with three people on the panel. They started by introducing themselves and briefing the position they were interviewing for. They then proceeded to ask me questions starting with introducing myself and why I am interested in this role.

Once your resume passes computer scan - then hr rep reviews the resume determines if it has the qualifications if so it goes to the hiring manager. This list is then evaluated against a matrix of experience that need to be described on the the resume. This scores the resume and the top 5 to 8 get interviewed. Same questions are read to all candidates and no explanation can be asked by the panel. Also either everyone has to be able to come in person or it’s all phone interview. Questions can vary but be prepared to give examples Interviews are scored w matrix and that determines the top candidates. )There may be another interview but that’s usually for those that are in supervisory role)
