My interview process was very simple easy and fast. Applied online one night got called for a interview the next day. Came in two days late asked simple questions why do you want to work here why should we hire you. the next day went in for the building tour, Two days 4 days after the tour i received a call for my interviewer to see if i was good with a schedule change and to see if i still wanted to work there and i was hired
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
