First had a phone interview in March. Didn't hear back for about a month for a second interview. After that, I waited about another month for the third interview. Two weeks after the third interview in June, I am sure that I will be offered the position. I hear back with news that I am a great candidate, but they are unfortunately eliminating the position I applied for...and therefore not hiring anyone. From March to June I waited for nothing. Very disappointing.

Had a phone interview with a recruiter. Was told I’d hear back within two days from someone in the department for a second interview. Waited a week and emailed the recruiter twice asking about any update and never heard back. It’s been almost a month now with no communication. At least send out a canned email saying I didn’t get the job.

One phone interview and one in person interview. Mostly questions about resume and then 4-5 situation questions on how you would reach to a situation. Simple questions like describe a time when this happened and how did you resolve it.
