Because I live out of state they did my interview over the phone. Asked me to describe nursing experience, describe myself. Asked about conflict with someone at work, doctor, coworker, manager, etc and how I handled it. Asked about a time I had to handle difficult patient or family member. Asked how I advocated for my patient. Asked what type of patient I prefer not to take care of, or what makes them hard. My goals in next 3 years. What type of management team do I need to flourish.
