You will get phone interviewed and most likely by more than one person. I had two phone interviews. The first by the head of the department. Once he/she clears you, you will speak to a second person and maybe a third. These will be the people you truly have to impress on a personal level because they will be your direct supervisors. Be as friendly as possible.

No questions were so technical, it was more about your past experiences and explaining any leadership roles or times that you persevered in a group task or project.
Hatte ein HireVue interview. Dabei gibt es 7 Fragen für die man sich jeweils 2 Minuten vorbereiten kann und dann 2 Minuten zum beantworten. Habe dies bekommen nachdem ich mein CV und Motivationsschreiben eingereicht habe.
One assessment test about logic and behavior, then a pre recorded interview where you would see a question, then have one minute to think how to answer, then 2 minutes to discuss your answer
Die Interviewer waren sehr menschlich und haben sich um meine Persönlichkeit gekümmert. Es ging vor allem um die Umgangsformen und zwischenmenschliche Art der Person. Jedoch auch technische Skills wurden befragt.
