I was contacted by a company recruiter, we scheduled a call. Strangely, the recruiter wasn't in the call, but another external recruiter. We had a good talk, it was explained why the want to hire many new developers and the details of the position and team. I had a good impression of everything and was told they would get back to me in 2-3 days, which never happened.

They had trouble with the HR Recruitment. He changed a couple times. Took quite some time to schedule interview. Probably had outsourced recruitment to external company. There was a coding challenge, then a tech interview on hangouts. Good experience .

Applied online through their website, which consists of a, longer than usual, (Type)form you have to fill. Received an automated response at the moment, and 20 days later was contacted by HR for a 30-minute remote (videoconference) interview with HR and an engineer, which took place another 2 weeks after (5 weeks since application). The interview was for not for the position I did apply for. I had seen before the interview they had already removed the Senior Software Engineer position from their website, so wasn't expecting anything anyways. The interview time is short for the amount of questions they ask, so I couldn't give much detail in my answers, as they would interrupt me with the next question if I ellaborated my responses a bit. Maybe it was lack of interest from they part? Were testing the questions for this new position? When it was my turn to ask questions, someone entered in their room and they had to end the interview. The next day, they told me the process was not to continue with me. I didn't want to continue it, anyways, as the position discussed didn't interest me (not what I applied for) and didn't get a positive image from them during the interview.
