Quick and with great feedback. - initial meeting with HR - live code challenge with Tech Team - interview with management Live coding interview was fun but a little exagerated

I like the interview and preparing the presentation. However, the questionnaire and test stage could be improved. This is because some of the questions felt irrelevant and did not relate to the job.

Very laid back. Interviewed by one person. Not many technical questions. Had to build something out of a mass of Lego bits and pieces. General overview of my CV and questions about my work history.

The whole process was conducted in a clear way and at all times they showed a very genuine desire to have me on the team, even with some scheduling incompatibilities, which made the process take a while, they were tireless so that I could be part of the company.

The interview process was somewhat long. It consisted of four phases. The first phase was with the recruiter and focused on past experience and general knowledge with one of the parts of the interview in English to access proficiency. The second with line manager and was around technical background and expectations. The third phase was a technical challenge followed by a discussion of the work developed. The final phase was with HR and management and was on expectations. Before the final phase I had to fill a personality assessment form.

It took 3 Interview meetings, with the recruiter, with the manager, and finally with the COO. A proposal was presented and discussed. After acceptance all the process went smoothly and digital

Zero communication regarding my application after 3 interviews, no reply, no feedback. Never heard anything back. I started with a positive imagine of the company but this informal process left me questioning whether it’s a reflection of the working environment

I interviewed at Truphone Lisbon in May 2021. The interview process was smooth clear and enjoyable. It was impressive too meet so many interesting people during the process. It has been one of the most enjoyable interview process I have ever experienced. Well done for making a great job on valuing candidates.
