Applied online through company's website. I was contacted by Human Resources via phone within two weeks of submitting my application to set up a in person interview. The initial interview took place at the company's headquarters and consisted of a Group / Panel interview with four Asset Managers. The interview lasted approximately one hour.

The people were nice enough but there was a total lack of transparency through the whole process. I was ghosted after the final interview even though I was considered a final candidate. It was very unprofessional and couldn't misrepresent the company enough. These aren't just candidates. They are people who deserve respect and consideration.

Very thorough interview process with 2 - 30 minute panels. One panel of was an unofficial technical interview and the other was behavioral. The hiring managers and team leads are easy to speak to and are up front with what they are looking for in a candidate and allow you to fully delve into your qualifications as well as why you are interested in working there. It clearly seems like they want to hire someone with the intent to retain their position at Trimont.
