Confusing process! Recruiter was trying to help but it was clear the area leadership didn't strategize so well about the needs which made the process change and opportunity being closed (and after reopened). The whole feedback process took 8 weeks!

Trimble conducted multiple 30 minute interviews, which made it difficult to get into any depth on a key conversation. Once the process was complete they sited concerns on fit, but when specifics were requested they did not respond. All parties invest their time and energy into an interview process and it seems discourteous not to provide specifics on any possible concerns on skills or fit so that a candidate might go better themselves.
