I applied online through a job site and recruiter contacted me for the phone screen within 2 days. The process was really fast and onsite interview invitation was sent to me on the very next day! I had three rounds of interview with different members of the team. Questions were mostly based on my past experience and what I can offer to the role, it was an interactive interview experience. The process was really systematic and friendly! I will recommend Trans Union to others as they offer great candidate experience.

HR reached out and calendared an interview, I showed up, and he was nowhere to be found. I double checked to ensure it was not a scamI sent a follow-up and received no response but the job has been reposted. I think the recruiters may just fill their calendars with no intention to show up. Not a place I would want to work.

I recently went through the interview process at TransUnion, and overall, it was a satisfactory experience. The process was structured and organized, which made it relatively smooth.
The initial screening was handled professionally, and the recruiter provided clear instructions on the next steps. The interviews themselves were a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The interviewers were courteous and related to the role.
One area for improvement could be the speed of communication between the interview stages. There were a few instances where I felt the process was slightly prolonged. However, this did not significantly detract from the overall experience.
In summary, the interview process at TransUnion was quite decent. The team was respectful and the questions were appropriate, although a more streamlined timeline would enhance the experience.
