First, if your resume is shortlisted, following rounds are conducted. One written round for basic product questions such as what is your favourite product and why, explain it's best features and how will you improve a feature if given a chance. The second round usually is with a Senior Product Manager, where you are given a case question and given certain conditions, and either you need to find the root cause or find a solution optimizing the problem statement given in the case question. The third round is to test your technical knowledge and prior experience. The final round is conducted by Senior Manager to analyze your answers given in the first written round, and to check your overall compatibility with the company's and team's culture and values.

The process was well organized by the recruiter for the specific day, however I did need to make my own travel arrangements. The individuals I spoke to were a mix of peers and managers so I was able to get a good picture of the expectations, responsibilities and how the teams were organized.
