Very relaxed and laid back interview process. My manager was who interviewed me. Basic questions about my experience and was given basic information about the company and role. The interview questions were easy to answer and it was a fairly quick process.
applied online, had my interview 2 days after and filled out another application while being interviewed and filled out processing paperwork, after int. was over. started first day within a week

I was interviewed twice by asking similar questions regarding my previous work experience and how I deal with customer complain. The interview was conducted in a friendly manner and the manager and supervisor seem nice.
