The hiring process is very fun, where you are encouraged to go to a hiring event. The whole thing is like a big social party! No resume or any paperwork is required, and you are not obligated to wear anything fancy. Simply be yourself and be outgoing! They hire on personality-- not skills! Best job ever.

it was super easy and fun, everyone was super nice. they did a speed dating type interview where you have about a min with each manager and they ask questions.

Pretty standard and easy. Mostly asked about who I was as a person and some experience that could help me. Overall, was not too bad just don't be nervous and it should go well. I would have been able to take the job but because I was a college student going back to school in a month, I wasn’t able to be picked up by them.

It was a fun interview. They make you dance, you play a little golf, then they ask you about work experience and different questions ab yourself. The questions happened in kind of like a speed dating way were you only had about a minute to answer.
