Two part interview process with about 5-6 questions each. Pretty standard questions asking about customer service experience and interacting with customer problems. All the interviews took place over Zoom or phone call. I don’t think they do any in person interviews.
Very laid back, at a coffee shop across the street because they didn’t have an actual office. Asked basic questions about me and previous work. Asked me basic interview questions (was mainly a vibe check)
