Technical phone interview in Berlin office was a joke. The engineers who make the interview have very low communication skills and they can't ask clear/understandable questions. They organised a Skype interview without video and there were other people in the room who didn't introduce themselves and were giggling silently during the interview. I find it disturbing and very unprofessional...

HR interview and then coding assessment. If we pass through the assessment, then another technical round including coding, with the technical team, after that also one more round will be there with the business manager. Only then, they will give the job offer.
