    Applied for Seasonal Sales position via the company website. Completed the online skills assessment and was contacted by Human Resource. The HR contact explained the position in detail and I was setup for Group Interview.
    On the day of the group Interview - along with 3 other candidates - completed another assessment (shorter than the initial one) and role play on sample calls.
    Received conditional offer based on successful completion of Background Check and Drug Screen.

    I applied online and got a call the next day to come in for a meeting. I was out of town so i booked a flight and called the recruiter back. Totally stoked after having a great seasonal experience in NYC a couple of years ago. I was under the impression it was a full time position. So it was a little akward coming in. Came in for the interview in which i was kinda shuffled over to the floor mgr who was nice and asked me a few questions.

    • Hmm its been a month but i remember her asking me about the similarities between my last jobs skill set ( high pressure door to door sales ) and Tiffany. It was difficult because while excellent customer service skills are needed in both. Door to Door sales are very aggressive.   1 respuesta

    The people there are very friendly, asked several simple question. Process wasn't long and ask me to do a drug test and background check

    Applied online. Received an email a few weeks later asking for an on-site interview, went in and interviewed with one of the managers. It was a pretty standard behavior-based interview, not too challenging, was given an offer on the spot afterwards. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I enjoyed the interviewing process.

    The whole process took about 3.5 weeks. Applied online, phone screen, 2 days later invited for face to face with store manager. Moved to the next step (consenting to background check), 2 days later a conditional offer was made, but then was asked to perform drug testing. About a week later received a firm offer.

    Entrevista

    Got phone interview the day after completing online application assessment and was invited to the individual interview next day. Met three employees from the management team, including the associate (phone interview), assistant store manager and the director. The interview took about 1.5 hours. Overall, it was a pleasant interview experience.

    Very fast; seemed a bit desperate to get people in the door; offered 3 different salaries without realizing it so I picked the highest of course and made them agree. Recruiters seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, kind of like a factory process.

    First interaction was a phone interview which quickly turned into an in person interview however it is in a group setting. Also, you meet with HR then one or two representatives from the department that go down a series of questions that they ask the larger group and the answers are given sort of in a "round robin" forum.

    Very easy flowing, they did a mock sales floor test to make sure you were a fit for the position, asked the normal questions such as why do you see yourself a fit for this role, Do you think you would be a good fit for this team, etc. It was done by both managers on the floor I was hired and they were very personable and easy to talk to making it a much less nerve racking experience.
