The interview process was smooth but slightly lengthy. One disappointing thing was that they said they'd reach out within a week, max, and let me know if I got it or not, but they left me hanging. I even reached out through email but never got a response.

Describe one issue that arose in your previous work experience as a proofreader and how you tackled it.
Third Bridge Mumbai seems to complicate the interview process. They ask way too many questions and ultimately when it's time to respond, they lag behind. It took them 1.5months and two interviews to ultimately decide that my communication wasn't at par with what they were expecting. Wasn't that something they could assess in the first interview? What was the need for wasting a candidate's time if the reason for disapproval could be something like communication! Pathetic experience.
