After submitting an online application, including a CV and a cover letter, I got an e-mail setting the date and time for a telephone interview. The interview took about 20 minutes, and the HR lady was very personable and made me feel at ease, and she also answered all my questions in detail, so overall it was a very relaxed interview atmosphere.

Questions included questions how I dealt with difficult teams before, how I imagine the transition from university life to uni life to be, and whether I have every convinced someone to do something they normally would not have done. I was also asked about my understanding of what Cognolink do as a firm.
2 rounds. First round talk with senior research analyst, behavioral questions. Second round talk with team head, stock pitch, case study. Long discussion, taking around 90 minutes, asking everything in the cv

Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
