Very regimented, have almost an answer key of what they are expecting to hear as opposed to wanting to get to know the candidate hence poor candidates are hired where better ones may be overlooked

Very straight forward, the recruiter was very helpful and gave some great insights and made himself readily available. Received a quick response much earlier than I had anticipated. The mock call is not as intimidating as you might think just take your time and think through the steps
