I submitted my application online and then received a follow-up email to schedule a phone interview. After completing that (assuming successfully) I had another interview with other interviewers. Overall a really great process! Was able to ask as many questions and learn more about the company through this process

Tell me about a time you had to handle a difficult client
generally chill interview with a fair amount of interview questions. The interviewers and the HR were very nice and engaging, and the interview felt like a smooth conversation. Overall really enjoyed the process and the people seemed very welcoming.
