7 weeks total process psychometric testing x3 1st interview: over the phone with recruitment officer 2nd interview: face to face with another team leader & direct manager 3rd interveiw: face to face with HR, direct manager, sales manager Followed by: psychometric testing - numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, logical reasoning, diagrammatic reasoning, inductive reasoning, error checking test 4th interview: direct manager and walkaround office to see whether it was a good fit for me & vice versa offer of employment negotiation of salary (I negotiated terms of employment and salary at this stage) starting salary: $87510 team leader band 2 (job advertised was for band 1, but started at band 2 because of strong leadership background) acceptance of offer starting date: 2 weeks notice to previous employer

Interviewed with many employees. Very challenging questions. More than one phone interview. More than one day in person interview. Feedback was provided on the same day or a day after. The process was lengthy. I felt I was pressured to accept the offer afterword. They have a hard time to locate good candidates and to keep them afterword.

Phone interview with recruiter initially to screen out anyone who was not a good candidate. Initial interview by phone with hiring manager. Later a second interview face to face. Standard behavioral based with mix of situational questions. Second interview included hiring manager and peer.
