They use recruiters for this process. It’s very tedious and time consuming but worth it. First step was a phone call with the recruiter. Second was an in person with two mangers and the 3rd was a zoom call with the regional manager.

Fairly quick and simple interview, felt like every other interview for other dealerships so there really isn't anything to brag about. Overall it was an easy process with situational interview questions

Quick and informative. Asked about past experiences and was very friendly. Unfortunately, I did not realize it was a long-term position, so I didn't continue in the hiring process. Said he liked my resume and would definitely keep my name on record incase I apply again.
