Poor interview and recruitment process, I got more than 4 invitations for different HR recruiters, and for each time the process stop.
I did three technical interviews, each one more the 4 hours on average.
It was a bad experience due to some points:
- Interviewers aren't professional and arrogant.
- Interviewers disturb each other.
- And a lot of bad stuff which is so weird.

3 rounds. A 90 minute hands on tech interview (live in real time) plus two cultural/soft skills interviews. Friendly but challenging real-time analysis of a new data set. Clear focus on real world meaning and implications, not just coding and statistics.

1.got an email response from a recruiter about my application and set up a 30-min teams call. 2.during the call, ask about experience of engaging with consumers directly. 3. After a month, I got a letter that they filled this position with other candidate.
